Your satisfaction is my priority. However, due to the nature of my products, the following refund policy applies:

1. Digital products

Digital products (designs, illustrations, downloadable files) are non-refundable, given their immediate and dematerialized nature. Please ensure that the product meets your expectations before purchasing.

2. Physical products

Physical products (t-shirts, mugs, printed accessories) are handled by Spreadshop. Their return and refund policy applies to these products. For any questions regarding a physical product, please contact their customer service directly.

3. Cancellation of order

• Digital Products: Orders cannot be cancelled after purchase, as delivery is instant.

• Physical products: You can cancel an order as long as it has not been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, Spreadshop's return policy will apply.
