Welcome to Amivi’s Favourites! By using this site and making a purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Products and Services

I offer digital designs (such as illustrations, designs for printed products) that can be downloaded immediately after purchase. These products are intended for personal or commercial use, depending on the usage rights specified for each product.

Physical products (t-shirts, mugs, printed accessories) are created and shipped via Spreadshop, and their sales conditions apply to these items.

2. Orders

  • Digital Orders: Once payment is completed, you will receive a download link immediately or within 24 hours after order confirmation.

  • Physical Orders: Physical products are shipped by Spreadshop after your order is confirmed. You will receive a tracking number to follow your package.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in euros and include applicable taxes. Payment for orders is processed via PayPal or Stripe, ensuring secure transactions.

4. Shipping

  • Digital Products: Instant delivery via email or through your account on the site.

  • Physical Products: Shipping fees and delivery times are managed by Spreadshop, and you can review their shipping policy during checkout.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  • Digital Products: Due to their nature, digital products are non-refundable. Please ensure the product meets your expectations before purchasing.

  • Physical Products: Returns and exchanges are subject to Spreadshop's return and exchange policy. For any issues with a physical product, you must contact their customer service directly.

6. Licenses and Commercial Use of Designs

  • Commercial Use License: When you purchase a digital design on Amivi’s Favourites, you may use it to create products for resale (such as t-shirts, mugs, posters, etc.). However, commercial usage rights are subject to a specific license.

  • Royalties: If you use the design to sell physical products, a royalty of X% of the selling price per product will be due to Amivi’s Favourites for each item sold using the design. This royalty will be paid with each sale made by the buyer.

  • Specific Conditions: Commercial licenses are limited to physical products. You cannot resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the design without prior authorization. Any commercial use must adhere to the usage licenses specified for each product.

7. Shipping Issues

If there is an issue with the delivery of a physical product (loss, damage), you must contact Spreadshop's customer service directly. If you encounter a problem with a digital product, feel free to contact me at ShopYourService@gmail.com.

8. Intellectual Property

All digital designs offered on the site remain the property of Amivi’s Favourites. You have the right to use these designs, but you cannot resell or redistribute the designs without explicit permission. Physical products printed with these designs can only be used for commercial purposes if they comply with the specified commercial use licenses.

9.Modifications to the Terms and Conditions

I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with a new effective date.

10. Liability

I do my best to ensure the quality of the products offered on this site. However, I am not responsible for issues related to the use of products printed by Spreadshop, nor for errors in data transmission during the payment process.
